All abstracts submitted by August 14, 2023 will be included in the Book of Abstracts. It is not possible to pay the registration fee after the conference has been held. Conference sessions and other conference events are open only to registered participants.
- Each participant must register in order to attend the conference.
- One (co)author of each paper must be registered for the conference and present the paper in order for the paper to be included in the conference and published.
- Other (co)authors who will attend conference in person pay a fee 50% off the regular price.
The registration fee for in person participants includes:
- Attendance to all conference sessions and presentations, including plenary sessions and all parallel sessions
- One paper to be presented
- E-Publication of the abstract in the Conference Book of Abstracts (ISBN)
- E-publication of the paper in the Conference Proceeding (ISBN)*
- Certificate of Participation
- Welcome drink at the conference opening
- Coffee breaks and snacks on the days of the conference
- Gala dinner
- Excursion - guided tour of Zagreb as a part of conference social program.
*All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and selected papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings

The registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation costs. The registration fee does not include bank transfer costs.

The registration fee cannot be transferred to another conference.
- Participants who will not be able to attend the conference because of the reasons caused by the COVID – 19 pandemic will be able to present their papers online.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If the conference has been cancelled, the organizers will only be responsible for returning the participant´s registration fee
